Woof is about a 10 year old girl named Birdie who got a dog named Bowser for her birthday. When someone robs her family baiting store, things start to smell fishy. They start to smell cigars, the only person who smokes in this town is Mr. Straker, the man who owns the other baiting store. So they think that he did it.
